About Us
We can provide Nurses, Certified Nurses Aides and Companions. Our competent and caring staff are thoroughly interviewed, screened and carefully selected. All of the staff have criminal background checks, licensure verification, and business and personal reference checks. We provide for all staff full professional and general liability insurance coverage, workers compensation, bond coverage and we do all payroll and taxes. An RN does all initial In-Home Consumer Assessments and ongoing Supervisory monitoring. Every effort is made to maintain the same dependable and reliable staff for your care. Your service plan and satisfaction are monitored continuously. We can be reached 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays. Our initial assessment includes an in home RN visit to do a comprehensive physical assessment. This will include a medication review, home safety assessment and an assessment for other community services, which may be needed. Your customized service/care plan is then developed with you. Ongoing RN assessments, staff supervisories/competencies, and physician's updates are included in our services for as long as you remain a consumer. The computer process to select staff with the specialized skills to meet your needs and staff scheduling is initiated. Your care is always coordinated by you and your physician. |

Private Care Resources is a state licensed home health agency specializing in private duty care. We have been providing services in the area since 2000 and currently serve a four-county area, which include Blair, Bedford, Cambria and Huntingdon Counties. We provide customized medical and non-medical care. We can provide "one on one" care in your home or facility, short term or long term, full or part time, 1 to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.
