Private Care Resources, Inc., is a state licensed home health agency specializing in private duty care. We have been providing services in the area since 2000 and currently serve an eleven county area, which include Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Centre, Clearfield, Huntingdon, Indiana, Juniata, Northern Cambria, Somerset, Westmoreland, and other surrounding counties. We provide customized medical and non-medical care. We can provide "one on one" care in your home or facility, short term or long term, full or part time, 1 to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.

We can provide Registered Nurses (RN), Nurse’s Aides and Companions. Our competent and caring staff are thoroughly interviewed, screened and carefully selected. We provide all staff full professional and general liability insurance coverage, workers compensation, bond coverage and we do all payroll and taxes.

A Registered Nurse (RN) does all In-Home Consumer Admission Assessments and ongoing Supervisory monitoring. Every effort is made to maintain the same dependable and reliable staff for your care. Your service plan and satisfaction are monitored continuously. We can be reached 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays.

Our initial assessment includes an in home Registered Nurse (RN) visit to do a comprehensive physical assessment. This will include a medication review, home safety assessment and an assessment for other community services, which may be needed. Your customized service/care plan is then developed with you. Ongoing Registered Nurse (RN) assessments, staff supervisory/competencies, and physician's updates are included in our services for as long as you remain a consumer. Staff with the specialized skills to meet your needs are selected for your car, you, your physician, and your family are always included in your care planning as needed.
